more fun with my son

I must have been carrying on quite a bit with my son on Saturday. This is like the third blog where I carried on some kind of dialogue with him. Well, he was just standing over me. You know how kids do that with no sense that they're making someone uncomfortable by standing there watching every word being written on the page. He was bored. Next week we need to give him more work! OK, again missing the point. Manufactured homes are the best. If you were a smart person, you'd be trying to buy a manufactured home from me right now. But instead, you're off doing God knows what. Now, get in gear and head to I-17 & Deer Valley. No, not Bliss Show Club. No, not Castle Boutique either... Black Hawk Homes! The home of manufactured homes on Deer Valley Rd.

Enough said

I don't think I can speak intelligently enough to go further with the green building thing, so enough said. Instead, lets talk about my son, Sawyer. He is here today to work. However, he is not doing anything but sitting next to me watching me blog. Are you having fun? Yes? Good for you, buddy. I'm glad. Can you say manufactured home blog? Very good, son. Can you say I eat boogers? Nasty! You'll say anything? How about my dad is the greatest human to ever walk the earth? Thank you! Hey, you're not so bad after all. I think I'll keep you... No, I don't HAVE to do anything, Sawyer. EXCEPT say--------> manufactured homes! Ha Ha! Hurray. The end of the blog--- say manufactured home one more time! Excellent. Maybe you should be doing these blogs...

The Gap one has a topic!

So far none of the manufactured homes blogs have had a real topic going on. This one does! I started to talk about green building. This is a relatively new thing for the public. Many folks like the ideals behind the green building techniques. I do too! Anything we can do to be more efficient with the use of materials to make manufactured homes is good. I also like the energy saving elements being incorporated- everybody's heard of 'Energy Star'. That is a component in today's manufactured homes. Although the one's we have now are not officially 'green'. We do have Energy Star appliances, A/C's, etc. As we progress, I promise we'll work toward this end. Black Hawk Homes- manufactured homes that are good for the environment. I love it!

Green Day

Nice segway from the frog blog! Lets declare today Green Day! It can even be about the band if you want- I like those guys. Good band! I noticed my poll and felt like talking about 'green'. Do you know that the manufactured home industry is working on 'green' building? Yes, they are! There's a lot of buyers in the market that feel this is an important thing. Its gaining momentum across the country, and I think it will continue well into the future. I'm all for it too! I'm not a tree-hugger, but I like the idea of using materials wisely and other energy saving type stuff. I am also a big supporter of SOLAR POWER! Harness the power of the sun, baby! Right here in Arizona, solar panels can soak up sun practically every day. Very little clouds and rain, ya know! Manufactured home builders are paying attention to all of this, trust me. Hopefully, we can be at the forefront of this kind of effort. Good for our industry- go manufactured homes!

frog blog

When I was a kid, I loved frogs. They were my favorite animal. Its pretty funny because there aren't a lot of frogs hopping around wild in Arizona. I even liked to try and sound like a frog. I would go around using a weird, croaking voice to talk- my mom hated it. She said I should stop doing that (not just because it annoyed her) because I could damage my vocal chords. What does this have to do with manufactured homes? Nothing. I'm bored. If I have to blog one more second about manufactured homes, I think I'll croak. Literally. And then die. So if I want to blog about frogs, I will. I told my kids that story and they thought it was really funny. Fortunately, they didn't pick it up and start croaking words all day long. Narrowly averted disaster, you know... Easter with the frogs, oh no... All right. I'll spare you any more. But there's on more thing you gotta know- manufactured homes, baby. Go Froggy!

More John Cusak

Is John and Joan Cusak the same person? Has anyone else thought this to be true? Just curious. OK- the Gap is open for business. Not only do we have cargo shorts, tank tops, and flip-flops, we got manufactured homes, baby! Yeah! Could you imagine walking into a store in the mall and they had a manufactured home in there?! How cool would that be? Totally. Speaking of things being out of place- uh, I better not. I just found one of my blogs getting picked up by Google. I might actually have to try to self-cesnsor a little bit here. Never know, somebody may really find and READ this thing. Doubtful but possible, I guess. This particular blog hasn't slammed anyone.... yet. Well, I guess besides the Cusak's. I am a big fan- honestly. Not so much of Joan Cusak, but definitely like a bunch of John Cusak movies. I WANT MY TWO DOLLARS!!! Classic. One for the road- manufactured homes

Wrong movie!

I'm so stupid! I was wrong about the John Cusak movie. 'Say Anything' does in fact, star John Cusak, but its not the movie with the kid that says, 'I want my two dollars!' My good friend and bass player extrodinaire, Murphtone corrected me on this. To set the record straight.. wait hold on.. manufactured homes in Arizona by Black Hawk Homes. OK, the movie 'Say Anything' is the one where John Cusak holds up the radio over his head and its playing that Peter Gabriel song- I think the song is 'In your eyes'- now I can't remember that for sure... Geez. Hold on again, Arizona manufactured homes. OK, the name of the move with the kid that says, 'I want my two dollars' IS-----------------------> 'Better off Dead'. Thank you, Murph. That is the right one. I am ashamed of myself. I need to brush up on my John Cusak movies. Big fan, by the way. Excellent actor. Outie...

Its a Spring Sale!

Every time I bring up this blog I think of the Gap! This has to be the cheesiest background ever! Wow. I have to pick up speed, so this one might not make a lot of sense. We need to blog hard and be done! So, lets say manufactured homes in Arizona. Lets also say our company name is Black Hawk Homes. We are a manufactured home dealer in the great state of Arizona. We are located at 2020 W. Deer Valley Rd. in Phoenix. Our office hours are 9-5pm Monday thru Friday and 10-4pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. If you want to buy a manufactured home you'll have to come on a day when we are open, ok? If you come on Sunday you will find that Black Hawk Homes will be closed for business and you may get mad. If you drove for a long time you might be really mad. Please don't be upset- we need a day off too. We are ready to have a sale this Spring. We'll call it the Gap's spring mobile home sale! Later...

Say Anything

Ha! I knew I would think of that damn movie title! The name of the John Cusak movie where the kid chases him all over yelling, 'I want my two dollars!' is 'Say Anything'! Yes!!!!! I knew it started with an 's' too. Just check out my previous blog. To no surprise, nobody got the answer before me, so sorry, no free a/c for anyone! You'll just have to pay for it just like all the rest of the customers here at Black Hawk Homes. We don't do a lot of that type of promotional stuff. Very rarely do you hear about us having a sale or blow out. Thats because we make good deals every single day on our manufactured homes. I submit, you will not find a better manufactured home dealer in the state of Arizona than Black Hawk Homes. Why? Well, for one we're real. We don't play games with your head. We'll tell you straight and true whats the deal. Many retailers like to leave out parts of the process for some unknown reason. I think it might be because they are afraid the additional costs involved with set up, etc will frighten away the customer. Thats silly. Customers need to know the whole story. We at Black Hawk think its important to give you the full picture- not just part of it. If you are in the market for a manufactured home in Arizona, get a hold of the best. Black Hawk Homes!

Welcome to the Gap!

All men's and women's bermuda shorts are on sale for Spring! We have clearance items from last year for only $2! I want my $2! Anyone remember that movie with John Cusak, and there's this kid is chasing him all over the place yelling, 'I want my two dollars!' I can't remember the name of that movie for the life of me. Damn. If anyone actually reads this blog and can give me the correct answer, I'll throw in a free a/c unit with the purchase of a new manufactured home! Sweet deal, huh? I'm not kidding! With the housing market the way it is, we might have to come up with a few specials to move these manufactured homes off our lot! Funny part is, half our inventory has been lowered to invoice prices already! So- even if you don't know the name of that movie with John Cusak, you can still get a great deal on a manufactured home in Arizona! Yup- right here at Black Hawk Homes of Arizon! As I'm writing this, the title of that stupid movie is right on the tip of my tongue... AAHHHH! I can't think of it......... I want to say it starts with an 'S'. Crud. Oh well, it'll come to me one way or another. Next weekend will be the underwear sale here at the Gap!

Set straight

Yesterday Ted set me straight about the proper way to blog. The idea is to convey key words in the post, but not too many times. I got it... But I know one thing for sure, once I get rolling on a topic, it may have nothing to do with manufactured homes. I'll say this too- you may read one of my blogs and then at the very end, a string of nonsense that just includes our important key words like mobile home will appear. There, see... I threw one in there. There's a lot of blogging going on, man. My brain feels like a piece of blog. blah blah manufactured home. blah blah modular home. See what I'm doing here? OK, I'll try to keep it interesting. Its actually fun for me to stretch my writing legs again. Its hard for me to be too serious with these things, so if anyone happens to read, I'm sorry. One more thing- Black Hawk Homes rules! : )

manufacturing blogs

These days I'm creating more blogs than anything else! Forget about manufactuing homes, lets manufacture blogs! I never realized the popularity of blogging until recently. Here's a good business idea- blog FOR customers. Just as I'm doing right now for our company, do it for others- for money! Idunno. Probably wouldn't fly... What do you think, Ted?

Everybody- Ted.
Ted- Everybody.

Ted is the web-master and all around tech stud for Black Hawk Homes. He is the creator, the author of our new web site. Ted, the alpha and the omega of computer genius! Good job, dude.
What the hell is guugl? Why can't they be sued for that? Unbelievable. Mambo #5
