I don't really know what this title means, but it sounded good at the moment. Today we want to talk about staying positive in a down market. Everybody knows the economy sucks, but to dwell on it is wrong. Many in the manufactured home business have decided to cry, bury their head in the sand, and wait for the economy to turn back around. I say thats a bad idea. This is a time to be positive, focus on opening up new markets, and think outside of the box.
